A little bit about our Brand: Eat The Frog Fitness is the only group training that combines the science of your body and athletic-inspired workouts for the most personalized results - guaranteed! We are low impact, high intensity group fitness that offer 3 types of sessions; Cardio/Strength/Agility. We specialize in group training workouts, one-on-one coaching, and virtual in-studio sessions. Each studio offers everything from fitness assessments, periodization training plans, 24/7 member access, and high-end technology.

• Greeting every member that enters the studio with a warm, enthusiastic, energetic welcome.
• Having full knowledge of all products and services that our brand offers. Plus, the ability to present our concept to all interested prospects.
• Operating and maintaining the Front Desk including: Answering calls, responding to emails and texts, and interacting with members daily.
• Properly manage our CRM system to manage and maintain potential prospects, class attendance, current member accounts, etc.
• Give in-depth studio tours. Outlining our concept and brand.
• Complete all necessary shift tasks and studio cleaning. (Daily and Deep Cleaning)
• Must be willing to participate in up to 1-2 Eat The Frog Fitness workouts per week.
• Participate in studio outreach and marketing events.
• Partner with the Fitness Team to ensure Exceptional Service.
• Sell memberships and keep up with Monthly KPIs.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
• Functional computer skills required – Proficient in MS Office.
• Passionate about Health and Wellness.
• High school diploma required.
• Flexible Schedule. (Weekends and Holidays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Monthly bonus

• Carlsbad, CA 92009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Fitness Industry: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
