Licensed Insurance Account Manager - Personal Lines

Our Personal Lines Account Managers must excel in customer service and be able to work with clients in an effective and positive manner by phone or in person. The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Routine policy service to existing clients
• Discuss coverage options and make recommendations according to the risk
• Review and process agency issued renewals
• Quoting and binding all personal lines of coverage
• Billing inquiries
• Account rounding

The candidate must possess a valid 4-40, 20-44 or 2-20 license with a minimum of three years of experience with Florida markets. To be successful in this position requires:

• Ability to remain focused and multi-task in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of personal lines policy forms
• Pragmatic problem solving and disciplined follow up techniques
• Proficiency with office software such as management systems, Outlook, and PDF creation

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
