The District Office of Farmers Insurance in North County is seeking a Life Insurance Agent to support our local field offices.

Personality and work ethic are important for this position as this person would be frequently meeting and speaking with clients without much supervision. We are looking for a go-get-em type sales rep hungry to make some money.

Base salary of $2500 per month.

10 Apps = ~ $4000 commissions

20 Apps = ~$8000 commissions

No income ceiling.

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Life and Health Insurance License (Required)

Work could be fully remote if already licensed, experienced, and can sell in California. Must be able to learn the systems.

Salary Range: $78000.00 - $175000.00 per year

Life Insurance Agent Requirements:

• Previous work experience in a sales and/or customer service environment
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and frequently changing environment
• Outgoing attitude, friendly phone voice
• Goal oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• California Life and Health License required
• Undergo a state and federal background check
• Computer/Internet at home
• Cell phone
