We are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our team! If you are customer-focused, detailed, and ready to take the next step in your career, keep reading! You will be responsible for scheduling potential clients by assessing their interest and getting them excited for their new remodel project. This is a position that pays hourly plus commission. There is no cold calling in this role. Earn up to $100k per year!

The job:
- Handle in-bound lead flow, follow-ups, text and email outreach.
- Develop new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling.
- Learn to overcome objections; ask for an appointment.
- Provide information about the projects and assess the clients needs.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Call and schedule warm and hot leads.
- Perform outbound call campaigns from leads provided.
- Ensuring that call center policies and procedures are followed.
- Answer inbound calls from existing and potential customers.
- Expect professionalism and reliability from call center employees.
- Meet and exceed daily outbound call quotas.
- Ensure that the call center goals are met.
- Giving excellent customer service and engaging with each prospect.
- Follow scripting to ensure that all call expectations are met.
- Transferring calls to other departments if a customer.
- Participate in meetings, ongoing training sessions and weekly coaching.
What it takes to be successful:
- Inside sales and/or customer service experience, preferred.
- Strong phone presence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
- Work hard-play hard mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Superior communication and customer service skills.
- Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Commitment to personal and professional standards of excellence.
- Weekend availability. Second shift (10am-7pm)
