Schedule/Hours: See posted schedule
SUMMARY: Make phone calls from follow up lists, missed appointments, special ordered parts, etc.. and schedule appointments according to available openings. Take incoming service department calls.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary
§ Call customer’s on follow up lists provided by Service Manager §Prepare for each phone call by checking customer service history for declined services, future recommended services, prepaid maintenance plans, first free oil change redemption.
§ Check for open manufacturer recalls when setting appointments and advise customer § Keep notes of all phone calls made if customer was reached and the outcome of the phone call and/or email, or if a follow up call is needed.
§ Track all set appointments and follow up on shown status. §Take incoming phone calls to the service department. § Keep up-to-date on all Nissan training on Virtual Academy and KPA online. § Maintain professional appearance. § Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, & reliable transportation to work.
