Banville Optical is seeking an experienced Optical Sales Associate/Optician's Assistant to join our busy optical practice in Salem, MA As an independent eyewear resource we pride ourselves on providing superior patient care and a consultative approach to eyewear.

Job responsibilities included but are not limited to:

Answering phone calls from patients, prospects, and business partners

Managing customer records and appointment scheduling

Checking patients in and out of the office

Maintaining inventory

Corresponding with optical labs, suppliers and vendors

Authorizing insurances and verifying vision plan coverage

Assisting patients with frame and lens selection

Minimum of one year retail optical experience preferred. The right candidate will be energetic, motivated and enjoy working with the public.

Position can be full or part time provided the candidate meets all of the above requirements.
