Victors Home Solutions is currently seeking Roof Inspectors. This is an Outside Sales Representative who is looking for compensation equivalent to skillset. We work in a team environment, so fitting in with our group is extremely important. Our crew loves to have fun, celebrate together, and help each other accomplish life's goals. Victors Roofing provides everything you need to start your career! ***A company owned vehicle and gas card is provided.***

Required Skills / Experience

• No roofing experience required
• No sales experience required
• Must be comfortable to walk on roof
• Self- motivated
• Able to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Can lift/carry 50-80 lbs
• Clean driving record, required
• Background check, required

Initial Training

• Comprehensive 12-week training program designed to help you earn a great living right away
• 3 weeks classroom training, 9 weeks field training
• Immediate opportunity to make an impact

Our top 20% earn over $159k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
