Purpose:
Pursuit Energy Solutions is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to be the first member of our team! The primary responsibility of this position will be to assist in setting up pricing, creating sales proposals using templates, requesting contracts, and basic post deal support. Phone and Email contact with our external suppliers is a critical part of the position. In addition, our Sales Support Specialist will be expected to help prospect new accounts for our sales team (does not require cold calling). You will identify and qualify prospective leads and assign them to the sales team for them to follow up with.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required

Skills:
A successful Sales Support Specialist will be reliable with excellent organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills are required to interact with external suppliers and the sales team. Attention to detail will be a must when setting up pricing, creating proposals, and requesting agreements.

Activities

• Set up pricing requests with external suppliers
• Aggregate prices from various suppliers into our sales template
• Request contracts from suppliers
• Book contracts upon receipt
• Prospect new leads for sales team (does not require cold calls/emails)
• Audit commissions
• Perform other job-related duties as necessary

Tools and Technology

• Strong Microsoft Office skills are required
• Knowledge of Salesforce is beneficial, but not required

Office Requirements
This is an in person position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
