Inside Sales Representative

All-Phase is one of the largest electrical supply distribution networks, with over 700 locations in the United States. All-Phase is currently looking to hire in Livonia, MI. An ideal candidate would be dependable, offer exceptional customer service, be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work with a team.

As an Inside Sales Representative your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:

· Creating pricing quotes

· Creating purchase orders

· Processing orders

· Completing job information reports

· Filing customer records

· Sales problem resolution

· Answering sales calls

· Calculating percentages, decimals, and discount multipliers

· Researching credit memos

· Building relationships and understanding the needs of customers

· Assisting and tending to the needs of counter customers

· Assisting in any other tasks that may need to be done in order to maintain optimal customer service

Experience:

· Prior electrical sales experience preferred – Training period of 6-12 months of Counter Sales for those without experience
