Full description of the position

We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator for our growing Real Estate team. The Transaction Coordinator will assists our Agents in the Real Estate transaction from contract to close. There area a multitude of details to track during a transaction process so a proficent eye is necessary. Accounting background is preferred. You must have the ability to work with multiple distractions, supporting agents who are oftentimes moving quickly. We ask that all applicants have a passion for service and a desire to make others better.

This is an in office position. PTO will be provided. Bonus to be paid on all closed transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between various parties
• Perform administrative duties, as required, on behalf of the agent, client, and or broker
• Coordinate the mortgage loan and appraisal process, along with managing the title/escrow
• Process sales in our database, audit and maintain the related transaction file
• Must be willing to do things outside of your job description. We're a small company and we all wear many hats

• Must have proficiency in basic accounting knowledge
• Extremely well organized and an ability to organize others as well
• Respond well to stress, changes, deadlines and keep calm in all situations
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to keep various tasks moving forward
• Strong problem-solver
• Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
• A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
• Contract experience is required
• Must have a CO real estate license
• Previous experience/ and or knowledge of the Transaction Coordinator position is required.
• Must provide 3 references

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
