An established and growing Independent Insurance Agency in the Chicago Suburbs is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager!

This Commercial Insurance position offer employee benefits and career growth.
Ideal candidates have worked with a range of commercial accounts in an Independent Insurance Agency environment. Experience with commercial accounts (such as; Contractors & Construction, Manufacturers & Distributors, Trucking & Transportation, Real Estate, Habitational, Institutional, etc.) is necessary for a successful fit.

Hybrid work schedule is an option after an onboarding period.

Job duties include:

• Client interactions via phone and email
• New and Renewal activities both through carrier portals and Underwriting relationships.
• Working with the Producer(s) on proposals and handling daily activities such as; endorsements, binding coverages, initiating claims and loss runs, making changes, etc.

.Qualified Insurance Applicants should have:

• Working Knowledge of a wide range of Commercial Insurance Accounts (Real Estate, Manufacturers, Distributors, Retail, Construction, etc)
• Familiarity with Carrier Portals
• Experience with Agency Management Systems (AMS360, Applied/TAM/EPIC, Sagitta, etc.)
• A Valid Illinois P&C Insurance License

Compensation for this position also includes:

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
