Aspen Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Regional Sales Manager position to lead our company-wide sales efforts. Aspen provides waste and recycling collection services for commercial and residential customers in the metropolitan areas of Minneapolis/St. Paul, St. Louis and Des Moines. With revenues of over 100 Million and growing, Aspen Waste Systems is among the 20 largest waste haulers in the nation.

The Regional Sales Manager position reports to senior management and serves all divisions of the company from Aspen’s Minneapolis office. The position is responsible for managing the sales growth and performance of all of Aspen’s Account Executives and providing timely analysis and feedback to senior management regarding performance.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field with experience in business to business outside sales, training and coaching, and sales analysis. Excellent verbal presentation skills and written communications skills are essential.
