Seeking a professional business to business Account Service Representative to grow our team in the Current Market. The city of Colorado Springs and its suburbs make up a booming market and Colonial has had a 20% growth for the last 3 years and need great people to help continue that trend! Will work closely with the Account Development Manager to drive sales and assist in training new talent.

• Use the simple tab and for the job budget use 50.00 monthly
• Do not use any of the programs that indeed that try to persuade you to use. You want to make this process manual as possible.
• You want to post new ads and close out old ads on Thursday. Post new ads around 4:00pm on Thursday and pause ads on Monday morning. This will help with not spending up your monthly budget.
• Make sure after your recruiting power hour, you send confirmation text and emails to potential recruit. Then on Tuesday and Thursday evening around 5:00pm, you will CALL AND CONFIRM interviews for Wednesday and Friday. If they do not answer, confirm with a text. On Wednesday and Friday at 8am, send a good morning confirmation text for a last-minute confirmation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
