The ideal candidate is a persuasive and confident sales closer, driven to build client relationships and close deals. We are looking for HUNGRY agents who are persistent, have great sales skills, and are willing to put in the time and effort to make money.

Agent Responsibilities:

• Meet with pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents and convert them into new business
• Respond to all leads and potential home buyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
• Follow up with clients weekly to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
• Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
• Negotiate contracts with buyer’s & seller's agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
• Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
• Work Hard Everyday
• Follow Our Proven Process & Program structure

Qualifications:

• Full-Time Availability (No Part-Time)
• High school diploma required
• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized
• Strong communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Open to being coachable

Successful candidate for this position will possess exceptional communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Our firm is dedicated to helping our clients find the perfect home for them and their families, and we're looking for agents who can identify their clients' needs and adjust their real estate strategies accordingly.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
