We are seeking a highly motivated real estate agent to join our team. The successful candidate will have prior experience working with both buyers and sellers and be capable of prioritizing multiple clients' needs in a fast-paced real estate agency. Our agents must be articulate, motivated, professional, energetic and able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues via email, phone calls and text messages.

Responsibilities:

• Understand all aspects of real estate.
• Build and maintain a rapport with customers.
• Be knowledgeable in real estate and be able to explain them to customers.
• Be a leader and mentor to junior real estate agents.
• Realize that customer needs come first.
• Maintain the necessary licenses and certifications to be a real estate agent.
• Be able to relocate for new housing opportunities.

GoodRealtor is looking for it's next cohort of ONEday agents. This position is designed specifically for those that need time flexibility and yet want to focus and create financial freedom.

ONEday agents work in office on Monday from 9am-4pm. The rest of the week requires very little work. The position is designed to have you focused on proven money making activities instead of cold-calling random people all day. Historically, ONEday agents make between $68,000 and $94,000 working one full day per week and about 90 minutes throughout the remainder of the week.

Commsision and Fees:
