Now Hiring - Vesuvius Group S.A./N.V. - Manufacturing District Sales Manager in Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Role will be expected to lead all Vesuvius and customer safety requirements.
• Managing the customers and Account Managers in assigned territories.
• Ensure that high levels of profit are delivered from existing clients and current sales volume is maintained.
• Ensure that all accounts are serviced and ensure that all opportunities to up-sell, upgrade, and add value to product lines is accomplished.
• Utilizing technical knowledge, the District Manager will problem solve, direct the scheduling of product and maintenance of inventories, and additional responsibilities as needed.
• Develop and submit quotes / proposals in pursuit of new business, and plan and direct customer trials in pursuit of new business.
• Develop and maintain project business models in pursuit of new business and long-term business agreements.
• Development by coaching and performance management of all salary direct reports.

Education

• Bachelors or better in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Bachelors or better in Business Mgmt and Admin or related field
