Seeking listing coordinator and office administrator for a high-producing real estate team located downtown Chattanooga. Job would require applicant to work in an office setting where almost all work would be completed on a laptop. Applicant would be working in a small office with other team members, and would work directly with a team, other agents, and clients. Job deals heavily with different aspects of real estate, and real estate laws, but no previous experience in real estate is required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare CMAs and/or marketing packets for listing appointments
- Help keep track of listing leads for team lead and/or team agents
- Handle all residential and commercial listing paperwork for team lead and team agents (from drafting to completion to compliance)
- Coordinate and maintenance all residential and commercial listings for team lead and team agents (on all appropriate commercial listing sites)
- Coordinate photo shoots with photographer
- Put showing instructions in appropriate places.
- Help write remarks for new listings
- Sign sellers up for “seller reports” on [please apply online] properties have syndicated
- Keep track of when they are to expiring
- Property flyers and notebooks
- Ensure we have keys for new listings, combo boxes on site, and appropriate signage on site
- Create and order custom property signage and facilitate its pickup and installation
- Help coordinate with the sign/delivery admin
- Add new listings to TopProducer & keep client information up to date
- Assist with creating property specific brochures/flyers
- Prepare Proposals and OMs as well as organize P& L's and other financial documents.
- Respond to emails, texts & calls from other agents, team agents, buyers, etc regarding current inventory of listings
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative office tasks (answering phone calls, distributing mail, assist with direct mail campaigns, etc)
- Assist Grace with misc tasks dealing with her clients and property inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned and mutually agreed upon

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
