Inside Sales Representative (Yr1 $55K-$85K+ OTE) Description
Our client in the wholesale industry is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to add to their team in Billerica, MA. This is a unique “sales” role because you aren’t actually selling anything. Instead, you will complete daily outreach to identify businesses with close-out products that can be purchased at a discount. The role is positioned as a sales opportunity since personality, perseverance, and cold calling are key factors that will determine your success and earning potential. You will receive a base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus potential. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, highly organized, and pleasantly persistent. To be successful, you will be comfortable with cold calling, building positive customer relationships, and maintaining a high level of organization across your accounts by leveraging technology and your follow-up skills. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior experience with inside sales, telemarketing, or someone who wants to apply their sales-related skillset in an office position. Inside Sales Representative (Yr1 $55K-$85K+ OTE) Responsibilities
- Daily outreach to explain services and identify business opportunities
- Daily cold calls via manual outreach and auto-dialing
- Identify and qualify new customers
- Build customer relationships
- Identify decision-makers for each business contacted
- Review leads assigned and set up automatic email sequencing
- Document customer information and conversations within the company’s CRM
- Work cross-functionally to finalize customer quotes
- Maintain a high level of organization across all accounts
- Provide account management support on any finalized deals
- Track customer product cycles and follow up at the appropriate time
Inside Sales Representative (Yr1 $55K-$85K+ OTE) Qualifications
- 1+ years of any type of sales experience is required
- Comfortable with heavy cold calling is required (leads provided)
- The ability to work 100% in the office is required
- Reliable transportation is required
