Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and ambitious sales or marketing professional or a recent college graduate looking to pursue a career in sales to join our Inside Sales team in Charleston, SC. Training will continue in the Charleston, SC office for approximately a year after which the Territory Manager will move to an open territory in the Southeast area. Must be willing to relocate when the position becomes available. You will be trained and mentored by a supportive team while learning about our products and services. Scope of Position: While a part of the Inside Sales team in Charleston, you will be responsible for creating and developing relationships with existing customer accounts and working with those accounts to grow their business. In addition, this position works closely with all departments within the organization to learn our business from the ground up, including all products and services, to best anticipate our customers’ needs and exceed them on a regular basis. The inside sales rep is a true sales rep who learns our Bird Sales Methodology, masters product knowledge, and sells across all product lines. While focusing on building relationships with smaller accounts on the Inside Sales Team, you will learn all aspects of the business by travelling with experienced sales professionals and receive hands-on training at our various manufacturing partner facilities. All training opportunities while on the Inside Sales team are designed to best prepare you for a future Outside Sales Rep role.
