Position Title: Business Development Manager
Reports To: Regional Manager

Responsible for new client business development in the Greater Metropolitan Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area for a light industrial focused staffing firm including temporary, temporary to hire and direct placement deliverables. Primary responsibilities include client and prospect visits outside the office and telemarketing/phone work in the office. Responsibilities while inside office include market research, target account planning, cold calling into potential new clients and works to develop longterm, win-win relationships with those clients. This position would start by mid-January.

Primary Responsibilities

● Develop prospects into customers by attracting companies that could benefit from our staffing services. This is achieved through a combination of cold calling, field work, networking, etc.
● Support and nourish a team environment to effectively grow as individuals and improve professional competencies as a Minute Men team.
● Responsible for the sales cycle from the initial conversation with reception to the formal request for an appointment, through follow-up meetings and the billing process
● Participate in local Chamber meetings, Safety Councils, and other community organizations
● Understand greater economic market trends, such as: downsizing, relocation and outsourcing
● Know and adhere to specific administrative guidelines regarding client manager and client paperwork

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
