We are looking for Retail Sales Associates to join our Staff! Our Retail Sales Associates help to provide engaging shopping experiences for each of our customers in our Dallas, TX location. Our Sales Associates welcome all of our customers and maintain in store merchandise displays. Our Sales Associates provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions, drive sales of new products and help to run in store demonstrations.

Retail Sales Associate Essential Functions:

• Our Retail Sales Associate must maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
• Answer customer questions efficiently
• Maintain inventory counts as needed
• Our Retail Sales Associate will help with visual merchandising ensuring displays are well maintained
• Process sales as needed
• Use a POS to process all purchases
• Provide exact change for customers
• Drive sales by guiding customers to the best products to purchase for their needs
• Integrity while reporting daily interactions
• Our Retail Sales Associate will also assist with standard Loss Prevention procedures

Retail Sales Associate Team Member Requirements:

• POS experience preferred
• Cashier and/or cash handling skills are a plus
• Must be comfortable standing during shift hours
• Ability to lift at least 10 lbs
• Must have a desire to provide excellent customer service
• Must follow all policies and procedures for sales transaction
• Must possess valid United States work authorization
• Reliable transportation to Dallas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $22.65 per hour
