We are adding an Sales Training and Technology Coordinator to our team!

Summary/Objective:

The Sales Training/Technology Coordinator works directly with the Manager of Sales Training and Development to assist in all areas of training and development. They will also provide a high-level administrative support to the sales team to increase their effectiveness in the field.

Position Pay Range (based on experience): $21.45 - $25.85

Essential Functions

  • Administrates Brainshark - uploads content, creates and schedules coaching challenges, training courses, and training curriculums, and ensures all collateral is current and maintains users and groups.
  • Provides continual administrative support to the sales team and sales/ops liaisons.
  • Maintains training calendar by scheduling training meetings (in person and remote), travel, conference calls, and monitoring project due dates.
  • Helps create PowerPoint presentations and specialty support documentation.
  • Assists with training classes as needed.
  • Provides new hire onboarding support.
  • Assist with sales/marketing monthly newsletter.
  • Other duties as assigned.
