About the Position

We are looking for a telemarketing sales representative who will be receiving a large volume of leads from potential applicants. This position requires a large amount of calling and proficiency in lead generation and sales are preferred. This position offers an opportunity to join our loan officer program when certain sales goals are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Managing large amounts of inbound/outbound calls to discuss and offer our lending services
• Communicate with leads to either request or provide information
• Update your job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
• Maintain and update lead records
• Assess customer needs and concerns
• Develop referral networks
• Go the "extra mile" to build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction throughout the client acquisition process

Skills:

• Proven working experience in sales
• Familiarity with computers and CRM software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
• Proficient phone contact handling and active listening skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
