Position Summary

Treasury Management Sales Officer is responsible to generate profitable revenue relationships with deposit balances by providing customized cash flow and liquidity solutions for commercial clients. Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities. Grow, cultivate, and retain client portfolio. Manage complex customer relationships. Consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach. Partner closely with Relationship Managers and Product Partners to develop new Treasury Management business and expand existing relationships.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Meets with prospective business clients to interview and identify cash flow solutions.
• Partner with commercial lenders, branch staff and deposit operations to support and maintain business client relationships.
• Works closely with Treasury Management support staff to create and update agreements for new and existing business clients.
• Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of Business Online Banking and Treasury Management products and services.
• Training Business clients on all Treasury Management products and Business Online services.
• Effectively communicate implementation processes to client and support staff.
• Participates in annual review of all treasury management services, limits and overall relationships.
• Understand and agree to abide by the policies and procedures established by Susser Bank
• Preform job duties in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain security and confidentiality of pertinent information and records
• Maintain current and up-to-date knowledge and continue professional development through training as applicable.
• Demonstrate courteous, pleasant, self-motivated, and dependable behavior. Maintaining a professional environment in both appearance and conduct.
• Preforms additional duties as assigned or directed.

Education and Experience Required

• High school or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years banking experience, with a requirement that 5 of those years be in Treasury Management.
