Full description of the position

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to determine their needs, effectively answer questions about the company's products and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with company product features and maintain high standards.

Process POS (point of sales) purchase.

Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed

Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data

Creating and processing sales in a timely manner

Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors

Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required

Must have a Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Google Apps, and CRM tool(ex. Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)

More than 3 years working experience in Sales. Proven work experience in the similar role.

Familiar with the management system of the enterprise;

Familiar with the production process of the enterprise;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
