In this entry-level role, the Sales Support provides extra support to our top sales performers and management. Our recruiters help place healthcare professionals in school-based settings. This role would be helping to coordinate their sales and recruiting efforts, while providing management with office support as well.

Daily Responsibilities:

• In office as part of a team and collaborating daily.
• Learning the system and admin processes
• Assisting the top sales account executives with running their desk - helping with contracts, interviews, scheduling, training, etc
• Assisting managers in running teams and with their desks - helping to implement training, compiling reports, organizing office parties, etc
• Partnering with school districts nationwide and recruiting personnel to fill open jobs.
• Sales, Marketing and Account management assistance
• Job Posting/Social Media projects

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Driven team player with the confidence to present a professional and positive demeanor with colleagues, employees, and clients
• Ability to adapt in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
• Goal oriented with a thirst for sales and growth!
• Intangibles: organized, willing to help, people-person
