Job Description

Innovative Communications Company Black Diamond Radio/Custom Earpiece seeks Sales Professional. Primary duties include responding to inbound calls and making outbound calls to our massive 27,000 existing customer database. You will also make warm and cold calls to a variety of industries that include: Hospitals, Dental Practices, Pet Boarding, Veterinary, Hospitality, Law-Enforcement, Security and many more. Our top-quality, business class, Two-way Radios and Earpieces provide instant communication.

Successful candidates will have the ability to write quality proposals, efficiently work with Zoho CRM and above all else provide a great experience to all they touch.

Successful sales reps will expect to earn around $65,000-$75,000 the first year with the company. Reps will earn a base salary of approximately $30,000-$35,000 per year along with an excellent commission structure on every sale. Monthly and bi-weekly bonus, spiffs are available as well. It is very achievable to earn well over $100,000 by year 2, potentially faster depending on the skills and dedication each individual brings.

Daily Tasks:

• Outbound phone calls including warm leads, cold calls and existing customers
• Inbound sales calls
• Enter orders, customer, and prospect information into Zoho CRM
• Manage sales cycle and pipeline
• Communicate with your supervisor, teammates, and all operations to ensure each customer has an excellent experience

Perks of the position:

• On-board training (approximately 2 weeks)
• Successful sales reps will expect to earn $65,000-$75,000 the first year
• Base salary of $30,0000 to $35,000 based on experience (position is NOT solely commission based)

Ideal Candidate:

• 4 Year College
• Knowledge of the core industries we serve: Medical, Dental, Veterinary, Pet Boarding, Security, Law Enforcement, Hospitality, Events and Entertainment
• Energetic, “go-getter” attitude
• Excellent Writing Skills

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
• Ethical approach to business
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Type minimum 30+ WPM
• Reliable Transportation
