Essential Functions:

  • Lead, manage and hold the e-Commerce sales team accountable to KPI’s
  • Represent the Jon Renau brand and products at select online partners to drive profitable revenue growth, build brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Oversee and manage daily e-Commerce activities, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping in partnership with operations teams.
  • Maintain monthly oversight over select taste- maker e-Commerce accounts, including site merchandising and brand content digital marketing.
  • Maintain digital library of assets needed for product listings, product launches and marketing campaigns and manage requests for new assets.
  • Ensure timely execution of new product launches and seasonal collections across all e-Commerce accounts.
  • Develop e-commerce partnerships including relationship management, forecasting sales and
  • Drive e-commerce sales to achieve the annual sales targets
  • Identify and implement new branding initiatives and growth strategies; Partner with Marketing team as needed.
  • Manage all weekly, monthly, quarterly reports of sales and inventory for eCommerce partners and report on key findings/trends to VP of Sales
  • Work directly with e-commerce accounts to determine demand forecasts.
  • Work in partnership with VP of Sales to deliver annual forecast input for new and existing customers.
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by VP of Sales

In this role it is your responsibility to make sure that your sales team achieves ambitious revenue and growth goals in a way that is scalable and in line with our company strategy, brand, and values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • eCommerce experience required
  • Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing.
  • Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce usability.
  • Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis.
  • Identify sales opportunities & develop programs to capture.
  • Strong understanding of KPI’s, P&L and margins.
  • Proven ability to motivate sales team and drive sales revenue.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and CRM’s.
  • Expert written and verbal communication
  • A strong grasp of modern technology and social media is essential
  • An expert understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design, search engine optimization, and e-marketing strategy will be key to fulfilling the many functions of the job.
  • Experience in and/or passion for beauty or personal care

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full Time – On Site

7:30 – 4:00, 8:00 – 4:40, 8:30 – 5:00. Based on business/client needs

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Travel: Travel may be required for client visits, seminars and training.

Work authorization/Security Clearance: Must be eligible to work in the United States of America
