Territory Sales Manager

• Oversee sales in the greater Minneapolis area and obtain orders from customers
• Drive sales and margin growth through identification and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Responsible for all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, sales calls, site surveys, preparing quotes and presentations, overcoming objections and securing orders.
• Use CRM system for input and tracking of all information relative to prospecting, appointments, opportunities, contacts, quotes, target accounts, and use of sales tools.
• Travel throughout the greater Minnesota area

Qualifications:

• Business to Business sales experience preferred
• HVAC background desirable
• Engineering background a plus

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
