Working closely with the agent and client care to ensure the customers are taken care of at every step in the home buying process. From the processing contracts, communicating with clients, and coordinator the other key players in the transaction. (Lender, title, appraisal, etc)—the ideal role for a self-motivated candidate looking to build a career within a thriving real estate team!

If you love the sense of urgency and accomplishment this is the job for you. If you have experience in the role, and with any one of the Transaction Coordination systems, that is a definate bonus! The ideal candidate is someone who can bring all the pieces together and support getting the home sale to the closing table. • 50% in office/50% remote. Initial training period 100% in office

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
