*Job Description* - Excellent opportunity for a driven, highly motivated Sales Manager ready to lead a sales team to the next level. You must have proven experience growing revenue by raising the individual performance of each team member (or be a successful sales producer ready to lead your own team). You must excel in coaching, motivating, and holding your team accountable to their personal goals to achieve company goals. *Our Preferred Candidate:* * Has sold services to home owners and/or small businesses * Has had a prior income of $100,000 in a variable compensation plan * Demonstrates a strong drive to earn more through exceptional performance * Has experience using a consultative sales process *You must be:* * Accountable for yourself and your team * Able to help the team win in a competitive environment * A leader who holds firm on margin * Ethical * Hard-working * A team player *Job Summary: *In this role you will be driving growth for the Cape and South Shore’s most trusted painting experts. This unique management opportunity includes coordinating the team’s success primarily in the residential market with some limited commercial business as well. *Qualifications:* * High School Diploma, or equivalent, required * Minimum 5+ years sales or sales management experience * Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills * Prior experience in the painting or home repair industry a plus *Job Type:* Full-time *Income:* $80,000 salary with up to 50% bonus potential *Benefits:* * Generous benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401K with match * Paid time off
