As a Lease Sales Administrator, you will work together with our Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support both our internal sales reps as well as our dealers and their ongoing business needs for new and current customers. In this position you will handle sales transactions and administrative support associated with the equipment leasing portion of our business. You will work closely with other functions to support customer needs; this includes individuals from both within our organization as well as our preferred leasing partners, in sales, collections, account support, documentation and credit working towards common goals to better serve our customers each day and take our business to new heights.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Increase leasing business done within FP and FP’s preferred leasing partners by providing exceptional service and offering solutions to both customers and dealers.
· Responsible for lease transactions including but not limited to: install and verification for funding, amendments to documentation and equipment, end of term / buyout quotes to either the dealer or customer.
· Must become proficient with the portal interface of the lease partners to be able to enter lease contract details for approval, as well as provide answers on account information and end of term quotes.
· Working knowledge and practice of both FP and FP’s Preferred Leasing Partners’ Sales Process, Equipment Pricing, and Dealer Onboarding Process to effectively manage new partnerships and build long-term relationships.
· Process Return Authorizations (RA’s) for equipment to be returned to FP.
· Ensure the accuracy between the reporting information provided by FP’s Leasing Partners and FP’s system information.
· Enter approved orders for processing within FP’s systems.
· Be a point of contact for FP’s leasing programs both internal and to our dealer partners.
· Performs miscellaneous projects for sales as required to help with growth in the territory or involvement in the business unit’s sales initiatives. (i.e. Sales promos, process improvements, etc.).
· Train all necessary areas on the program guidelines as well as benefits of the program’s use.
· This candidate must be comfortable communicating with dealers regarding every aspect of their business, and communicating pertinent information to the sales rep, and work to strengthen and maintain those relationships.
· Keep up to date reporting on the status of all pending and recently submitted orders for processing.
· Candidate will participate in sales and revenue meetings.
· May perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
· Associates Degree minimum, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
· 3 to 5 years of professional administrative experience.
· Experience in database cleansing / reporting / management.
· Knowledge of lease agreements and processes.
Skills / Competencies:
· You must possess strong organizational and follow-through skills, have the ability to multi-task, be able to handle detailed work and foster relationships with our Customers and Dealers.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
· Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Navision is preferred; as well as a working knowledge is required specifically with Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
· Candidate must be detail oriented and well organized while possessing strong time management skills and a sense of urgency for meeting critical deadlines.
· Ability to communicate effectively and identify and resolve problems.
· Focused and self-motivated team player who must be able to work independently while handling multiple tasks and paying strict attention to detail.
· Competencies required for all FP team members: Honesty/Integrity, Customer Oriented, Accountability, Tenacious, Communication Skills (Oral & Written), Adaptability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
