About the Role
Time Doctor is a work insights software company that tracks and analyzes
how time is spent to provide insights and direction on how companies can improve performance and be better. Better by the hour, better by the minute – better by the second.
We’re looking to add a talented Inbound Sales Development Representative to help us accelerate the future of remote work. Currently, we only have 1 IB SDR for the NORTHAM/LATAM region with the increase in marketing efforts in this region for 2023 number of leads is increasing therefore we need another SDR to handle these requests.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by developing your own prospecting best practices.
- Identify and research companies/contacts to target to generate new business opportunities.
- Personalized messaging to targeted accounts using email, cold calls, video, social media and other innovative activities to increase the best chance of success
- Generate quality meetings and manage attendance of qualified meetings for the Account Executives team.
- Coordinate and execute prospecting strategies and activities with assigned Account Executives
- Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly/and quarterly targets.
- Regularly engaging with Sales & Marketing leadership to discuss market feedback in order to refine your elevator pitch.
- Assisting and supporting marketing campaigns
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an SDR or BDR in the SAAS industry.
- Proficient in 2 languages: English/Spanish or English/Portuguese
- Experience working with premium sales stacks: HubSpot, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, while managing multiple stakeholders and sales activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas simply
- Coachable, receptive to feedback, and a team player.
- Constantly looking for creative ways to improve sales outcomes and processes Experience working in a rapidly changing, semi-structured startup environment
- Self-starter, motivated to help drive company “agenda”
- Desires working in a start-up environment
This is a full-time, 100% remote position that will allow you to work from anywhere.
