Description:
The AC Hotel Cincinnati at The Banks is excited to announce our search for a Catering Sales Manager to join our thriving sales team! Perspective candidates should be positive, service-oriented, energetic, self-motivated, and have experience working within hospitality.
The Catering Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales and work closely with the hotel's operation team to ensure seamless execution on our banquet events.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Is successful with upselling customers to meet banquet and catering goals.
  • Has the skills to create extensive BEOs with detailed information to improve communication with both customers as well as internal staff.
  • Knows accounts and pending accounts (i.e., volume, trends, rates at other hotels, etc.)
  • Makes effective sales calls using the brand and company sales processes.
  • Maintains orderly sales files and maintains detailed notes in sales system on all correspondence with clients.
  • Assists with servicing all catering while in-house.
  • Coordinates catering, conference service activities, and client specifications to deliver smooth execution of meetings and events.
  • Coordinates flow of information with departments for groups through BEOs and Group Resumes.

  • Prior experience with Delphi preferred, but not required
