Purpose

The Product Marketing Specialist at Lithionics Battery is the primary customer interface between our client's engineering and purchasing departments and in turn supports new program development and ongoing management of existing projects. The Product Marketing Specialist represents the customer's needs to our internal manufacturing and engineering departments.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
• Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer communication
• Ability to interact with Outside Sales staff
• Research new developments, competitors, and alternate media streams.
• Report on and analyze market, pricing, and profitability data.
• Assist marketing manager and the team in development and execution of sales, upsell, cross sell and sales enablement.
• Any other duties assigned

Education/Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Technical or Electrical
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role providing excellent customer support
• Knowledge of DC, Electricity, Inverters, Chargers and Batteries
• Knowledge of Program management
• Experience with planning and leading initiatives
• Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
