Account Executive Responsibilities:

• Build strong customer relationships based on trust and respect
• Handle customer requests for technical support and professional services and coordinate efforts of other departments to satisfy the customer's needs
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and make suggestions for process improvements
• Present new software solutions to customers and help them understand how these solutions will positively impact their business
• Act as the liaison between the customer and other departments including Sales, Accounting, Help Desk, and Professional Services
• Be on the lookout for sales opportunities for new and existing products and services
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Prepare reports on account status for senior management

Account Executive Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management
• Proven account management experience (preferred)
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
