We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our growing team. This is a Monday through Friday, no weekends opportunity. This position offers great earning potential with paid training (100% commission after training period). If you love selling, building relationships with customers and making your own pay checks, this is the position for you! We offer a great benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO/Vacation.

$800 week guarantee during training then 100% commission

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Sell used automotive parts from recycled vehicles as part of a retail and wholesale team
• Provide price quotes to customers
• Successfully manage inbound and outbound call volume in a fast-paced environment
• Increase sales through selling of add-ons items
• Communicates clearly with customers and team members

What you need to succeed at Fenix Parts, Inc.:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of sales/customer service experience with a proven track record
• Must be an experienced recycled auto parts sales representative
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Ability to quickly and accurately handle a variety of tasks
• Strong basic mathematic skills
• Strong computer skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
