What You'll Do as an Account Manager?

You will Develop and Manage your own book of business supporting companies that are moving, fresh produce, frozen foods, or other perishable goods across the country to grocery chains, food manufacturers, and restaurants….

How You'll Do It

· Act as the go-between for growers, packing houses, grocery chains, theme parks, and any other companies - organizations that requires over-the-road shipments of food or other perishable goods.

· Negotiate Rates with Clients and Carriers

· Freight Management; Ensuring That Customer Goods Are Picked Up and Delivered on Time, To the Client's Satisfaction

· Locate Carriers for Negotiated Loads

· Communicate Daily with Customers and Carriers

· Proactively Identify and Solve Problems

Requirements

· A desire to be a part of a solution to support North America and our needs to transport products.

· Sales Experience Is NOT A Requirement; We Hire for Attitude and Trained Skills!

· Strong Negotiation, Written, And Verbal Communication Skills

· Must Be Detail-Oriented with Excellent Time Management and Multi-Tasking Skills

· Must Embody a Strong Work Ethic and Desire to Learn New Sales Techniques and Strategies in a Fast-Paced Environment

Details on Compensation and Benefits

· Minimum 6-Month training program to prepare you to support our customers

· Training Compensation: Starting Base ~$40,000

· Sales Compensation: Draw Base - $40,000 + 30% Commission with no cap.
