JumpCloud’s mission it to build a world-class cloud directory that provides a better way for companies to manage remote work environments more securely and efficiently.
The SDR position would be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting potential partners to opportunities in the sales pipeline.
No technology sales experience? No problem! We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are coachable, motivated, resilient, and positive. We will offer the necessary training and mentorship to help make you successful in the short and long terms.
What You’ll Do (but not limited to):
- Identify leads/prospects, generate curiosity, interest, qualify, education and develop new opportunities
- Conduct multi-channel outreach to warm and cold leads
- Qualify inbound leads via phone, webform, email ,etc.
- Create sales opportunities by generating appointments for the broader sales team
- Partner with sales counterparts to develop plan of attack for particular leads
- Encouraged to bring ideas to assist in driving sales and success
You Have:
- Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
- Inquisitive mind and willingness to learn
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Desire and passion to collaborate, learn and grow
- 1 year of professional experience preferred (SaaS, retail, customer service, education, etc.)
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $60,000 - $70,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.

Where you’ll be working/Location:
JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in this Job Description. For US Roles: All roles posted in United States locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 U.S. States. Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area but as a remote company, you are able to work remotely anywhere in the U.S. If you would like to spend time in our offices in the Denver/Boulder area, you are welcome to do that as well.
