Compensation:

  • $90,000 Base Salary

Job Summary:

Come join our team today as a Division Sales Manager responsible for growing and leading a team of Outside Sales Representatives and Account Managers.

Job Duties:

  • First 4-6 months will be spent selling (training program) to learn products and Meyer sales process. After successful completion of the training program, you will transition into full leadership role.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to a team of field sales & service representatives to accomplish regional sales objectives in assigned territories.
  • Provide strategic direction for new business growth in this region. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan for each territory in support of national objectives.
  • Maintain and expand customer base by coaching territory sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities
  • This is a very ‘hands-on’ leadership position where you will be working in the field with your team each week visiting accounts, coaching on selling, even rolling up your sleeves and helping with demos or service.
  • 50% travel with overnight travel.

Territory Coverage:

North Carolina, South Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, Kentucky & West Virginia

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven success in managing an outside sales team with a successful track record of exceeding goals through coaching and leading a team to excellence
  • Excellent work history
  • Committed to team-oriented outcomes and quality customer service
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly
  • Have and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Minor Electrical & Plumbing
  • Able to learn how to rebuild pressure washers, car wash type arch systems and chemical dispensers – training provided
