Independent Mortgage Banker looking to hire Licensed Loan Originators

In this position you will be responsible for generating some of your own leads while taking in house leads. This position is commission based with unlimited earnings and annual compensation with first year expectations of $80-$100k. This is considered an inside/outside sales position. Originators looking to expand their business can also sell insurance products through Resource Insurance Agency a sister company expanding its team also. Licensed originators and producers can have a dual source of income that is residual. You will have the ability to cross sell home, auto, health and life products licensing is required to sell insurance products. Licensed Real Estate Agents that are also Licensed Loan Originators can now be paid on FHA loans. Part time loan officers must have 2 years of loan originating experience to apply.

The LICENSED Loan Originator will generate new business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, current and past customers, real estate professionals, developers, CPAs, Attorneys, and other referral partners while providing superior service to new customers. The licensed Loan Originator will also be responsible for completing and submitting a quality loan application as well as resolve any outstanding issues to complete the mortgage origination process.
