Ten Ten Transport, is a third-party logistics firm that provides transportation and logistics services to our customers nationwide. We are currently seeking to hire a Business Development Representative to help us grow our dynamic office.

There is unlimited income potential through a combination of salary and commission based on monthly sales. The base salary for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000 with commission scale up 33%. This position is an ideal fit for someone that has experience in the third-party logistics industry. The ideal candidate is comfortable selling to new customers while managing their current book of business. An experienced operations team an be assigned to your account to source and manage carriers on every load. The corporate office in Charlotte, NC will handle credit, collections, claims, and billing on each load to allow you to focus on your customers and business.

Responsibilities

• Service customers' needs for logistics and shipping throughout North America
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements for their specific business and product
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Qualifications

• Experience in third-party logistics (3 years), customer sales
• Portable book of business required
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Experience implementing and running new sales channels
• Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex business problems
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Gmail
