Call Center / Customer Service / Inside Sales

Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative

Up to $65,000 to start plus commissions and full company-sponsored benefits

As Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Join a specialist in the packaging industry
• Receive complete training
• Be assigned an existing group of customers
• Identify, engage and qualify new customers
• Communicate with new and existing customers by phone and email
• Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Create price quotes
• Take, enter and process orders
• Make updates to customer account information
• Setup accounts for new customers
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Provide post-sale support
• Serve as an ongoing resource and point of contact for your customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include

• At least 2 years of Sales, Account Management and/or Business Development experience
• Customer Service experience
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
