Outbound Inside Sales Position Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Outbound Inside Salesperson to join our team to help create and develop relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. At Liberty Marking, we always treat the customer fairly, pull out all stops to take care of a customers needs and meet emergency rush orders with whatever it takes.

We are looking for a professional who:

• Thrives in developing and cultivating relationships with new and existing customers by phone to look for new applications and opportunities within the accounts.
• Utilizes the consultative selling model to uncover and identify needs which will facilitate successful client relationships and communications as well as product satisfaction.
• Is organized, self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team-based environment.
• Has proven ability to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Will always represent Liberty Marking in a professional manner at all times.

We prefer a high school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 3-5 years experience in business-to-business outbound tele sales with experience in the labeling or packaging industries and a strong desire to make a difference in supporting our customers.

Compensation includes a base salary plus variable commission based upon volume. Base Salary is dependent upon experience.
