RESTORATION BUSINESS DEVELOPER

Tampa, FL (Northwest of Tampa)

$65,000 - $85,000 base plus commission

(expected to make an additional $15,000 - $30,000 in commission)

We are looking for a seasoned and motivated relationship builder within the restoration industry. You would be calling on property managers, businesses, and properties such as hotels, hospitals, schools, etc. The Business Development Representative builds relationships and brand awareness with business owners so that when they need disaster restoration services, they know who to call. The most important characteristics of a great Business Developer are personality, tenacity, and a keen understanding of establishing rapport. First impressions and follow-through are what make a Business Developer successful.

You will be a valued part of a well-established and well-regarded restoration company! The company is growing year over year, and they’d love you for you to join the team to develop and maintain new relationships with businesses in the greater Tampa area.

We need someone who:

• Has 3+ year’s experience selling and building relationships FOR A RESTORATION COMPANY
• Has experience selling restoration services within the commercial community
• Has a dynamic personality and connects easily with others
• Has existing business relationships within the greater Tampa area

What you’ll be doing:

• Building relationships with property managers and businesses to be their first call in the event of a water, fire, storm or property emergency
• Identify viable potential clientele, establish a lasting relationship, and build on that relationship to drive business traffic
• Prepare and present our business as highest value to potential B2B clientele
• Attend and participate in marketing events and initiatives
