$3000-$5000/Monthly Salary.

Monday to Saturday: 11am to 8:00pm

The Cell Phone Shoppe is looking to hire a Retail Sales Manager. Opportunities for quick growth. You can make a career with us!

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Training will be provided. You will be required to sell electronic devices such as Cell Phones, Tablets, Headphones etc. and up sell accessories like cases, screen protectors etc. You will be expected to work with customers and help them choose devices according to their budget and sense of style. Additionally, you will be required to serve customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing devices while ensuring customer satisfaction.

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment.
• Diagnose devices.
• Provide recommendations and resolutions to the customers regarding their device.
• Explain technical issues to customers in a simple to understand manner.
• Making sure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Keep track of all devices and keeping inventory updated.
• Maintain your work area clean and a clean and organized appearance of the store.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a Associates Degree. Bachelors Degree Preferred. Must have retail sales experience.

• Advance computer usage skills.
• Industry: Wireless Telecommunications - Repair / Maintenance Services.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a retail environment.

COMPENSATION: $3500-$5000 monthly. We offer competitive salary, bonus package and training.
