Sales Representative Opening in Charlotte, NC

• Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling, scheduling appointments, and building relationships
• Preparing proposal bids and presentations
• Providing the highest level of customer service through customizing staffing by incorporating client needs into our practices
• Participating in networking events and organizations
• Utilizing CRM software on a daily basis to track sales calls

Business Development Manager :

• Workdays Monday thru Friday.
• Compensation includes base salary + a lucrative commission (no cap on commission)

Business Development Manager:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven successful track record
• Experience in outside face-to-face sales
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• 2-year degree or Exp. Equivalent
• Previous Experience in Staffing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
