Duncan-Parnell is expanding, and we need to add a Forensics Sales Representative to work with our current team to market, demonstrate and support measurement technology used in the accident reconstruction and crime scene investigation areas of law enforcement and private sector agencies.
Job Summary
The Forensics Sales and Business Development representative is primarily responsible for taking Trimble Forensics products to market which include the Collision Reconstruction and Crime Scene products that fall under the Trimble Forensics line. In addition, the representative will provide UAS technology in Public Safety. This will include developing prospective clients, demonstrating products, support of same products and participation in associated trade shows and conventions.
Primary Duties
- Help define clients and go-to-market strategies; then execute it
- Prospect, contact and manage the sales cycle for these clients
- Be the resident expert in the technology to include demonstrations, support, training, and services needed
- Provide Sales support to meet with key clients and grow the opportunities
- Help assess vendor technologies, where they fit into our organization and how we bring them to market
- Utilize CRM to manage team for leads, opportunities, forecast and planning
- 50% travel potential; territory will include portions of the Duncan-Parnell's region (VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, TN); exact sales territory to be determined based on candidate’s location.

Education / Experience
- Law enforcement, collision investigation, and crime scene training (2 out of 3)
- 5+ years in collision or crime scene reconstruction
- 100+ crime scene or collision reconstruction scenes worked
- College degree in Criminal Justice a plus
- IPTM, NUCPS, or IAI certifications a plus
