GTS is a successful and growing real estate company seeking standout sales professionals to join our small, dynamic team. We offer the training and support you need for success. We are looking for driven and down to earth people who build relationships quickly. You will be part of an team purchasing many properties annually, with exponential growth on the horizon! (No real estate license needed).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Property Acquisitions and Property Dispositions teams are hiring. You will be responsible for acquiring or selling properties for the investment firm by negotiating with what we purchase, and at what price. This includes frequent phone, text, and email communication with buyers and sellers, as well as in person meet-ups with clients. In addition to building rapport with our clients, you would be responsible for setting appointments and showing properties within the area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

This is a virtual position, but you need to be located in the area

Computer Literate

Exceptional Phone Etiquette

Not Required but Preferred (Sales Background)

Must be a team player

Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude

PAY STRUCTURE

$60,000 - $120,000 per year (commission based)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Jacksonville, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required)
