Importance of the Sales Representative Role:

We’re adding Sales Representatives to our team who are passionate about owning their work and are obsessed with finding a better way. In this position you will help increase insurance policy sales from our largest partners. You will be tasked with making strong connections with prospective customers to show the value of our services to generate opportunities for our insurance agents.

This position offers quick upward mobility with the goal of becoming a Licensed Insurance Agent within 3-6 months. We’ll cover all costs of licensing, provide paid training, and guaranteed bonus through your first 2-months of the Licensed Insurance Agent position following promotion.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, overcome objections, and transfer qualified prospects to insurance agents.
• Ability to quickly build quality rapport with clients over phone, email, and text
• Lead sales process effectively with organized notes and tasks for follow-ups
• Clearly communicate Matic value add to the consumer
• Achieve sales targets for calls, transfers, conversion, and quality
• Working with sales manager and trainer on licensing to become an agent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
